There is also be plenty of counter space and cabinets for storage.<br />Upstairs, you would find the loft area, a perfect TV area or a reading nook. The loft’s sofa can be a bed if necessary.<br />The two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and ample closet space. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and bath with shower. The additional bathroom has a shower and a clawfoot tub for relaxing soak. The other bedroom has queen-size bed.<br />The first level bedroom with attached bathroom was converted into a den. If desired, we can change it back to a master bedroom. There is a fireplace and doors to the private patio.<br />The highlight of the bungalow would be the rooftop deck, which offers stunning views of the surrounding area. The deck has comfortable seating perfect for sunset cocktails. Property comes with separate washer and dryer room, two car garage and two extra spots for additional cars which is a PLUS in Hermosa Beach close to the beach. <br />Overall, this furnished beach bungalow is a perfect retreat for a relaxing and enjoyable stay . It's just four blocks from the beach, so you can easily walk to the sand and surf.
