Accountability, patience and dependability are few of many characteristics that allow Megan Grainger to be an effective real estate professional. Having been Orange County born and raised, Megan's relocation to the South Bay has proven to be her passion and growing her clientele. Megan’s mom and fellow BCB Real Estate agent, Audrey Grainger, has been in real estate for the last 20 years. This allowed real estate to come very naturally for Megan while also developing a passion for the industry at such a young age. Prior to real estate, Megan worked as an insurance company’s legal assistant, assisted her mom in real estate and completed courses for interior design. Megan’s experience as an assistant has equipped her with strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as the ability to communicate clearly. Differentiating herself from other agents, Megan’s knowledge and background in interior design gives her an edge. This experience has given her a keen eye to point out what should be corrected prior to sale and the ease of correction on the buyers’ end. Megan currently lives and services clients in the South Bay while also assisting clients in Orange County. In her free time, Megan loves living the South Bay lifestyle by going to the beach and spending time outside. You may also find her outdoors hiking and embracing her love for nature.
