Carl helped my husband and I find a place to rent, and he has been amazing to work with every step of the way. He is incredibly responsive and is full of knowledge about real estate rules and the different neighborhoods in Southern CA. He first set us up with a login to a website where we saw all the places that fit our criteria (price, number of bedrooms, zip codes etc). Anytime we liked a place he was quick to reach out to the landlord and see what we needed to do to get an appointment. Carl was an expert on every part of the rental process and was a huge help in finding a place and securing it.
