Steve Heavrin

Steve is a third-generation Angelino who embraces the healthy, active lifestyle of the South Bay Beach Cities. He has been a consistent top-producing real estate agent in the South Bay since 1985 and is known for his caring approach, deep market knowledge, honesty, integrity, and respected professional reputation among fellow top agents. An avid outdoorsman, Steve has been surfing for over 50 years. He spent 15 years living in Park City, Utah, where he was a professional skier and one of the earliest helicopter backcountry ski guides. During that time, he attended nearly every avalanche school in the country and worked for 10 years as a professional ski patrolman, handling storm forecasting, avalanche control with explosives, first aid, and mountain safety operations. He later ran the race department at Park City, serving as a NASTAR pacesetter, setting daily racecourses, and organizing ski racing events. Steve also competed as a professional ski racer for three seasons and was featured in Powder Magazine as one of the original “trendsetters” in mogul skiing.

Outside of real estate, Steve has been an avid golfer for more than 35 years and enjoys fly fishing throughout the western states. When time allows, he’s just as happy surf fishing right here at home.
