My two daughters and I have lived and in the South Bay (Redondo Beach and Torrance) since 2008 and I have been a local Realtor with Beach City Brokers since 2014. My previous sixteen years of sales experience includes both residential and commercial lending, high level business to business sales (CEO’s, owners, board of directors, etc.), as well as extensive sales training from multiple Fortune 500 companies. In addition to representing typical sellers and buyers, I work with investors on long term investment opportunities, as well as to identify fix and flip properties for maximum profits. I have represented lease clients on both the listing side and on the lessee side. I have an in-house network of over 110 agents, as well as several external Realtor networking groups that include thousands of other agents who have buyers and sellers looking for off market opportunities. This broad network helps me to identify properties that are not yet on the MLS, providing you maximum opportunites as both a buyer and a seller.
For me, it is extremely important to be a Realtor who is prepared to meet all of my clients’ needs and I will continue to learn, network, and work hard to be an asset to anyone who needs my assistance. I regularly take specialized training courses to broaden my level expertise in all aspects of real estate, including those such as probate sales, important Propositions (such as Props 60 and 90), new ADU laws, investment properties, etc. In order to become a better resource for my clients, I have a growing network that includes probate/trust attorneys, CPAs, late life planners, builders, contractors, investors, etc. I have earned the NAR designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) in order to better assist my clients who are 55 years and older. My goal is to be a trusted Real Estate Advisor, not just someone who processes transactions - I will continue to strive to be the best resource for your real estate questions and needs.
